Digital Product Policy
CV Vantage provides a digital, immediately accessible service in the form of a 24-Hour Access Pass. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to the AI processing systems, we generally do not offer refunds once a pass has been purchased and activated.
Exceptions
We may grant refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If our AI systems are completely down or fail to generate a resume during your 24-hour access period, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same access pass.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.
To process your request quickly, please include:
- Your order ID or receipt number
- A detailed explanation of the technical issue experienced

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
